You will be able to access our support website for the first 6 months after you purchase Smart Auto Shop. This will allow you time to get any required help or training you might need to make the transition to computerizing your business easier. You are also entitled to use our new RemoteHelp service which will allow a technician to directly work with your computer for training, setup. You get your first RemoteHelp session free of charge and these sessions last up to 30 minutes. It’s like having a computer consultant on staff. Telephone support is also available.
